Oxford Colleges International Examinations Syndicate is situated in London. The Examinations Syndicate is controlled by an educational Trust called Oxford Colleges International, which is a registered charity, and which in turn is associated with a group of colleges in London which include Golders Green Teacher Training Centre, (which offers Trinity College Cert. TESOL validated courses to teachers of English), Golders Green College, (Est. 1941).

Thus the Syndicate is ideally placed, receiving intellectual support from our world-famous and highly respected Teacher Training Centre (which caters to over 150 teachers per year), and is part of a group of language and vocational training colleges.
